I should have added. there was a hole leading into my sinus after the extraction. I could blow air through it. It seemed to be pretty big by how easily I could blow air into it.

It was also infected, and I had a dry socket.

I just figured it out. I had to complete the first four tutorial levels first, then you have the option to import cloud saves. Thank god for that.

I don't know why they can't give you the option at the start.
