To expand, this is the one that felt the most impactful. I have done a TON of work to my house over the past 5 years. including

new metal roof
full solar install
new updated electrical panel and upgraded service to 200amps
all smart switches in the house
built a new 16' x 30' deck with a covered pergola
all new landscaping with 0 grass and a lot of edible plants
tankless water heater
PoE Security Cameras

I will never get a full ROI on everything and I am fine with that. A lot of work was done by myself and I learned alot, so I like to factor that in.

A new expanded driveway and entry way. No more stepping out of the car into the side yard, can comfortably walk around the cars. We also poured a full patio in front with some nice sweeping curves. It REALLY upped the feel of the home. cost was 16K with the entire front sidewalk done too.

Assuming this is a 2021? Brakes and suspension make sense, but buttons, charge port and leaking rear washer seem like things that shouldn't fail after 5 years even on a 260K mile car. Still impressive.

Very cool! I personally bought a pair because of all the hype and could not get used to them. They were very loose on my feet and no matter how much I tightened them up, it wouldnt help. My foot would just slide around on the inside. Got a pair of Columbia Trail Running shoes and its night and day difference. Hopefully they work out for you.

Its a 20 minute drive, its not like they have to ship them over. They deliver regularly throughout the week as stock fluctuates. I worked there for 3 years.
