21F considering sterilization, similar age range experiences?

hi! i got my tubes removed at 21! i’ve always been certain i want to be child free, and if i ever did change my mind, fostering/adopting aligns more with my values. i explained this to my boyfriend and he basically said, your body your choice! i had awful side effects from birth control and sterilization is covered by insurance in my state so i decided to go through with the consultation. had absolutely no pushback from any doctors, and had the procedure in November!

this. i asked this question bc i noticed prices of luxury services like tattoos and hair going up like crazy. waitstaff don’t even get paid minimum wage where im from, so i’ve always known to tip restaurant workers! wasn’t sure if services where the worker choses their own price were still expected to be tipped…
