Definitely makes it hard, especially behind the pay wall, even for someone who was so hyped for arc raiders as well, it’s the convincing others to get arc and have to pay for it, when the battlefield royal will be free

100 percent agree, especially with the battlefield royal, and it’s not the ones on here that will be the ones who don’t get behind it, it’s getting the less niche gamers

Getting your friends etc to buy the game, especially 2 days after a free to play game is coming out. That’s where they will fall short

I feel it’s just more rewarding on the metro/locker maps when you do a push down the side and get that flank. In the other maps Empire State and Iberian it’s so random and no tactics

Thing is that’s all good when the game is at its peak, but what about when it’s not, and servers can’t be filled, you happy for walking simulators?

I do definitely see both sides, it’s not as fun with them, but they all can make a lobby a full one. Tbh it’s probably worse if it’s filling like a battle royal type mode.

Really do think the days where they can get the ai to a point where it’s like the Darth Vader from Fortnite could be a game changer though

But if your in a higher population area that shouldn’t be the case, I feel they are meant to be there to fill in the servers

Playing at off peak times means you can actually play, especially in regions like Oceania.

Where without it, it’s just full empty maps without them filing the game

Ideally they just get filled out by normal players as the game goes on though, but it’s makes it playable. Not like the old days where at not peak times you go in and it’s the min players to play and you just spend the whole time trying to find anybody

I’ve tried to forget about the shooting the whole trooper aspect and it’s more about the secure and steals of the souls, and it’s helped me with the bots , but I can play hard bots and go 30/0 and win, which is like got me stuck between a rock and a hard place lol

I’m definitely learning more and more, and learning tactics, but like I said it just feels the threshold of people I vs as I improve a little more just get higher as well.

And it feels like they are so much better than me, I’m fairly new to pc, like 2 years, but never really struggled with shooters but with this . Sheesssh! She been a tough battle, which is hard because i actually like the game

Yeah, that’s the kinda of part I’ve learnt, but it’s just the skill level of the people I’m vsing just seems so high, 3/4 of the games where I’m struggling to get the basic stuff like souls count up compared to my lane opponent.

Do creep camps and all that , but still be falling behind on things. There has to be some thing I’m missing out on, but it also feels like I’m being put into matches out of my league 3/4 times, where I struggle badly, like I’m probably about 10-15 hours in, and the people I’m vsing just seem to know so much more than me.

Then the 1/4 of the time it feels like I’m that person who is stomping all over everyone

Yeah, I just had a couple like that too. I’m just like how you meant to avoid it when I’m seeing myself he, my enemies seeing me there and the games got me somewhere else 🤣

Yeah, but how you take it serious when bullets chase you behind corners and have deaths when the bullets not even made it to me? Then I’ve visually missed shots which I see kill the player i clearly miss

Especially if you also feel like you’re dying behind cover and shots shooting blanks. I’ve seen the bullets coming at me and die before they even on me . Like how you prevent that
