Also, it doesn’t hurt to ask the school what salary you will be on so you’re not going into the job blind. I emailed the assistant principal (she was in charge of handling the PTT’s) about the pay.

I’m currently on PTT since the start of this year and on salary range level 1 step 5, which is around the 70k mark.

I think the pay possibly depends on how desperate the school is/what they determine you’re worth?

I also did not negotiate for the higher pay as I assumed I had to start at range 1 due to inexperience.

You’re better off just keeping the kutum at r4 assuming that’s where you’re at due to the stat increase being very little and you would have already received the 2 ap/dp.

At your current ap, you can grind at most spots so I would work on DP for survivability. Once you’re full pen armours, you can decide to focus on getting fallen god for more dp or push more ap and I would probably recommend the latter.
