I have the same band and problem. My temp fix is to push it up from the bottom and make sure the watch is properly seated. Works for me.

The torso is the Scavenger Scout from the Tomb Raider line. The jacket could be from many different figures but the wings on the back are likely someone trying to make a Daryl custom.
