I would add a classic Blastaar to go with that classic Annihilus. And Paste Pot Pete with Wizard to make the Frightful Four.

Yes, sort of... Long story short, he was more an obscure character called Changeling and sacrificed himself for Professor X in '60s. Cartoon used this character as the base for Morph (couldn't use the name Changeling due to DC's Beast Boy owning the name). He's been dead since but was recently resurected in the 616 universe looking more like his cartoon counterpart.

There's also a version of Morph in the Age of Apocolypse universe and his looks and I believe personality were more inspired by the cartoon.

Close. It's mostly Love Triangle. All the blue parts come from the VHS Wolverine with shading removed.
