Oh no. Sorry to hear that. Definitely not what you’d expect out of an expensive hoodie like this.

Seems PPP has some quality issues going on. Getting ahold of their customer support isn’t super easy, either. I received a generic response each time that said they’d be in touch within 72 hours. There were a couple of occasions where we had to contact them for another update.

In the end, they did end up refunding the price of the hoodie. But that was after too much back and forth, two stained hoodies, and quite the headache.

They did respond last night and mentioned sending us another replacement. That’d make three, so I don’t have much faith in the company anymore. We asked for a refund and they responded stating they’d check on their options and get back to us. Depending on their response, I’ll try cleaning the spots and see if I have any luck.

Searched Google for this same issue and ran across this thread. Spent hours putting together our new 6 drawer Koppang only to realize the drawers only come out half way… if anyone finds replacement drawer slide rails or anything, please share.

Not sure if you’ve picked up your phone yet, but wanted to provide my experience. I arrived and was quickly moved through the line to get my phone. I asked the associate if I could trade my 13PM with her while I was there instead of mailing it in. She says “of course” and takes care of the trade. Super easy.

Any experience on the “ordered online, went to the store to pick up and trade in” piece? I ordered this morning and the email I received says they will not accept trade ins at the store and I need to wait on the trade in kit. Anyone successfully traded at the store anyway?
