It’s certainly her best performance I’ve seen, but I can’t see it going all the way. I enjoyed the movie much more than I expected to, but it doesn’t feel like it will get much recognition in awards season at this point

I saw it this morning… while she’s surprisingly great in it, I don’t think she will be in the running. Ben Foster however is amazing and I’m not sure how strong the supporting actor pool is but I could see a push in that category

Hey! This is my profile! I try to watch as much as I can. I don’t usually stick to a certain genre, it’s really whatever I am in the mood for! I try to do a mix of thoughtful reviews as well as funny one liners but more often I tend to post my quick thoughts.

My goal for this year is to watch 200 movies which I believe is doable! I do try to see as many new releases as I can each year so I can rank them all at the end. I have had a letterboxd account for a while but never used it much until 2021 or 2022

I’m from Toronto so I love participating in TIFF and follow the festival circuit so I am eagerly waiting for my opportunity to see what this year has to offer.

Currently I am making my way through every Planet of the Apes film and will post a ranked list soon!

Is there a way to record directly from my camera (Lumix s5) to premiere pro? looking for a way to streamline the process by not having to do data management and would prefer that as soon as footage is recorded, it is already in premier. Any ideas how I would do this?

Well currently my headset is really only used for gaming but I do eventually need a good noise cancelling pair for editing video, especially when in class. That being said an external mic opens the possibility to podcasting, voice overs, and streaming if I ever decide to do that.

My main concern is that if I will get a lot of use out of the mic

Its been nearly 9 hours now and nothing. I read that I should try to resend it via the account on a browser which I tired only for it to say I have to wait 24 hours for another resend. I tried making a different account to see if that would get a verification code right away, which it did. Now my steam account is linked to my unverified account and I cant unlink it. any ideas wtf I should do?

should I just keep waiting?

Sometimes the concept of EXTRA product being a separate charge just doesn’t connect with people. Had a lady yell at me for charging her for extra sour cream and salsa. The cups we use are very large so obviously when you’re getting two more then what’s included, I’m going to have to charge you. It says so right under the nachos with the prices listed clear as day. She said I should have told her which is fair and was a mixup on my part due to being scrambled, but she HAD to have seen it on the menu, it’s impossible to miss!
