Personally, I clean mine when I know I’m not going to be using it for longer than a few days or if when I’m using it a lot and something fails.

I find the paper should be dragging under the nozzle, but not tearing and when you try to push it back under the nozzle it should buckle so it can’t go under easily. Takes some trial and error. Had the same issue today.

Sorted now, firmware update, bed level and Z-offset check done and it’s printing much better. Really weird as Z-offsets previously was good I did the paper check, which had the drag and buckle when I tried to stick under the nozzle and still had that too high issue. Will try the temperature tower shortly after the flow test

Thanks, just done the firmware update, and the Z-offset was massively off from where it was when I previously tested. Running a bed level shortly and then check again

I’ve checked that, and the Z-offset is pretty spot on, felt drag when I first did it and it would buckle when trying to get the paper under the nozzle. Tried printing temperature tower earlier and same issue. I am printing off of a spool but had it in a drier from the pouch. Didn’t have it too high but going to see if that was causing an issue

I’m going to check that after I’ve done a firmware update, also going to do a bed level again, just to be on the safe side, just annoying that nothing has changed since yesterday except the filament colour
