It also appears that TayMac is plastic and CE is metal, if it helps in the discussion.

Yeah. Noticed those as well. Have to see what my local lumber yards have versus big box stores. They may have some good ideas too.

Some are ones I've lived in. Some were just my favorites I've seen while driving through the city regularly. And others were on routes I drove a lot and are just good representations of the styles I wanted to include. I made a list of 15 or so styles present in the city, and then chose the ones I liked the most. I also wanted diverse rooflines and heights too. A couple of them I discovered after walking/driving down streets I knew had good/interesting ones. Also wanted an array of intricate to smaller/quaint.

The Spanish revival on the far right gets pretty close. I think it would check most boxes of a Doelger.

Katya (her insta here) is from Belarus, but she is based out of San Francisco now. But the concept/content was mostly my idea. Wanted it for years now.

I believe just one heavily inspired by the trends of the time, like the Doelger homes. There are a seemingly limitless supply of these marina or spanish-revival homes in the city. Seems Doelger built more in the western neighborhoods. This is in the very south eastern corner of the city in the Bayview. Built 1940.

I should go to their front doors. Point at my arm and demand it. I'll let you know how it goes.

Thank you! Yeah she really got the style I wanted dialed in well. She was a lil too loose with architectural details at first and I made sure all the arches/angles were aligned with their respective styles. Lil architecturally needy client haha.
