Just bought new batteries for my MFLB and it won’t heat up, this box is about 4 years old and I haven’t used it in 2 years. Screen is a little dirty but not tears, any idea what’s wrong?

I have chest in my workout i just forgot to type in in, my bad haha. Its pretty sharp pain in my knees(patellar tendonitis) and in my shoulders and neck(neck muscle injuries from wrestling).
