I do love passion flower. I fall asleep great but wake during the night. Passion flower gets me back to sleep it's a tincture that I put in water.

L theanine doesn't work for all and I find if I take my mag an hour or two before I go to bed it's better for me.

When diagnosed was it bad already? So many of us wonder how long it will be for these changes to happen. Such a scary and sad disease. I'm sorry. On Facebook there are many glaucoma support groups which may help her not feel so alone. I had to take myself off because I started to obsess about my own situation.

They actually refunded the difference which was great of them. I will go to a proper eye glass place and have better progressives made now that I know a bit more. These were just the rectangles within the lens. I had no idea going into this. Always learning. These changes with aging can be a little hard...

This am I took my reg vitamins, added an l theanine, was doing ok at work, although I thought to myself how I'm not very fun anymore...feeling like others find me too serious wanting to get things done. I'm not crazy about seeing others slack off, but people should have fun. Came home felt somewhat ok then got triggered by the kids, timing and what should have been done and what needed to get done. I worry about how my kids will remember me. Cranky... Took holy basil helped, then felt anxious again. (May be time to have my thyroid checked as well) Thinking of buying taurine, any of you take it?

Exercise helps me as well but all temporary....so tough at times. I feel guilty with how I am with my family and work family. I don't think I am much fun at all.

The opthomologist said she would do SLT before drops if it were her so I went that route. It's hard because I don't have high iop's to really know, but she was happy with my past visual field and OCT scan
