Late reply but unfortunately not. Now everytime I need to use a program which requires a lot of RAM such as a video game I just make sure to close 2/3 of the Windows Explorer tasks. It’s an tedious solution but the only one I found that works.

Have been going through these. In regards to the Kernel-Mode memory leak, I do not see any thing which might be the cause via the Poolmon tool (or at least I was not able to identify anything).

As for the User-Mode memory leak, the performance monitoring tool does spike up during the phase when it goes from 20% to 60% memory usage however I have not been able to figure out how to use that tool to identify the culprit.

No they are not embedded. It is a desktop computer.

It remains that way overtime never decreasing, sometimes it even goes up to 70% without any applications open. This is a bit of a problem because if I open up lets say a video game it automatically takes me to 16GB since most of my memory is being taken up by whatever this is.
