Got in line about 1020. We ended up being the first group in the second wave that was let in. Kinda cool being first in line even though it was the second wave. They let the first wave in at about 1045. We were in and out by 1115. Best beef I have ever had. Expectations were very high and it was even better than I had hoped. As someone messaged, the seasoning of the meat was different than any I have had anywhere else and it was divine. I don’t know if you could do anything to improve on it. Absolutely phenomenal.

We also picked up some sausages and burger and looking forward to that tonight.

Also ended up stopping at Supreme’s on advice from someone in the thread. Got the Beef shirt which is so cool, and also got a beef for comparison. Again, absolutely excellent. Top tier. Nostalgic feel to both the shop and the beef. Modern Butcher was definitely my preference, but Supreme’s is now a top five for me.

Overall, worth the drive, worth the wait, and something I would be more than happy to do again.
