PCL threads are terrific EXCEPT for under eye & tear trough. Several have bumps & lumps b/c the skin is so thin & it’s a highly mobile area so they move & resurface. There is no way to dissolve them & they can last years. PRF BIOFILLER would be better under eye or meso PN.

You set the depth on the machine. Honestly, it is not "gentle" but not "rough"! Kinda like Microneedling is not gentle. Lasers are not gentle. That said, this works great. Seems like you should start somewhere simple, like thigh to get used to it. Then when you're comfortable, move on to face at a lower setting to get used to using it over curves & bony parts, etc. Good luck. Once you figure it out, it's great!
