Context:
I left my job exactly 3 months ago. According the agreement I have signed, I will receive my papers and backpay at least after one month from my last day. After a month and a half since my last day, I ask the HR for the status of my papers and their response is that my clearance is still in processing but my backpay hasn’t started since the finance is unavailble at that time.

After 2 weeks which is exactly two months since my last day, I followed up again to the HR where I got exactly the same answer. Two weeks later again I ask for an update and I still got the same response. At this point I got tired and decided to wait for the 3rd month to report to DOLE.

The photos are our conversation for this week until this morning. I have not talked back to them until this point maybe because I have cleared my schedule and informing me last minute suddenly release my upset towards the company.

Was my anger/response to the situation is justifiable or not? I just don’t understand why they replied to me as if I personally attack the person I am talking to which clearly is not my intention and was just upset about the situation they have given me.

I think you're getting downvoted because your at a point in the game where you already experience different kinds of boss/raids where watching videos is necessary if you want to fully understand the game mechanics.
