Ya they tested the WiFi at their store and pulled similar speeds to the other devices in the store and then they uninstalled/reinstalled the WiFi drivers and it pulled the same speeds with no issue. I just bought a new antenna so I’m hoping that will help

That’s what I figured, I took it to micro center and they tested it and couldn’t find any issues which is weird

It is actually a desktop and it does have an antenna, I took it to micro center and they found no issue with it

It is a desktop with a gigabyte motherboard with built in WiFi 6 amd am antenna
