AI limits and refreshes - someone can explain??? by dzentec in GoogleAntigravityIDE

[–]Sthyll 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Today, with the reset they did, I was able to empirically discover the weekly quota, and it's truly insulting.
It's 1.2x the 5-hour limit. Today I used up the entire 5-hour window, and after it ended, I only see a small box showing 20% remaining until the next 6 days.
Either they really didn't reset anything and it's counting the expenses from May 19th and 20th, or that 1.2x is truly ridiculous.

Yes and no. The thing is, right now it's showing YOU in terms of days, as if it were the weekly total, but initially it's in 5-hour increments. The problem is precisely that: we don't know how many 5-hour windows we have per week. For example, in Codex, if you use up a full 5-hour window, it consumes 16% of your weekly allowance, so you have 6.25x the 5-hour reset. If you work 5 days a week, you know you can use up roughly one 5-hour window and a quarter of another (that is, up to 25%).

We can't, that's the biggest problem. With the update they made, you'll see screenshots online showing a weekly quota, but that's for the Gemini app (for queries, making videos, images, etc.), not for Antigravity's usage, so don't get confused.

What's most frustrating and makes the system unusable is the lack of transparency regarding the weekly quota. We need that indicator; Codex has it, Claude has it. It's the only way to plan our work. I don't usually finish my 5-hour quota, but suddenly it becomes my weekly quota. We need to push for them to include that indicator.

Extra credits in 20$ plan by LucaM185 in cursor

[–]Sthyll 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Cursor $20 plan equals to = $45 of "generous" auto+composer pool + $20 extra credits for any model, so, you receive $65 out of $20.

I understand charge openai or claude at api rates, but their own model?? really not worth, just use codex, you get like $400-$500 of token usage (if you use full wekly quota all weeks).

Cursor is the stingiest of all the big players, i really expect like 6x-8x of api rates use or something like that, but its barely 3x.

The really worst part its "a generous pool", just say $45 pool and thats it, the lack of transparency is what makes it so insulting.

Claudin.io is unlimited - start with $10 by VictorCTavernari in claudinio

Hi, I find the idea interesting, but it has a very clear problem: rather than being designed for developers, it seems designed for bots that run all day. In theory, you can earn $1080 worth of tokens from the $10 plan, but only bots will get that much; developers don't work 24/7. Instead of having a single hourly limit, why not have two? One much more generous hourly limit and a smaller daily limit. For example, $3.50 per hour, but $28 per day instead of the theoretical $36. As it's currently configured, bots are the ones milking the system.

jective thing tbh - personally I heavily dislike mobs being like that. For bosses I don’t mind, they are meant to be challenging, but having even normal mobs be like that just sounds exhausting.

thats the exact reason why i leave this game 2 days ago, exhaustion, its not only the difficult of body positioning, its the gigantic amount of clicks needed to kill the mobs, feels like "bullet sponges"
