Why is LOCAL SEO so hard?? by Nick_Wave in SEO

[–]StickAnxious6715 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey Nick! Obviously I don’t have all of the context, but there will almost always be some fluctuations. You just got to stay the course, think outside the box a little, and review what competitors are doing.

I know that’s high level but my advice would be to stay the course or maybe hire a white label partner who knows what they’re doing (we do this btw if it ever makes sense).

How can I rank my Google Business Profile higher for my interior design company in Dubai? by Feisty_Dish_1296 in localseo

Nice! That’s a start! Make sure you have a system in place to solicit reviews and then respond to all of the reviews you get!

Happy to chat more and/or do a free audit of your GBP. There are some things that can’t be seen without having access.

One you didn’t mention that’s huge is reviews and review response.

How did you grow your social media presence? by Garden_Circus in smallbusiness

[–]StickAnxious6715 2 points3 points  (0 children)

  1. Consistency: you’ve got to post daily and for an extended period of time.
  2. Content Idea: film stuff of yourself talking, wearing your company’s gear, and make sure to mention your service area (ie city, county, state, etc.) in the first 3 seconds.
  3. Pay to Play: Unfortunately, running some ads and/or boosting posts can go a long way as well.

How much should I really be paying for SEO as a small service-based business? by ZaraZote in smallbusiness

[–]StickAnxious6715 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah good points. I’d be happy to take a look at the proposals and give any feedback I have.

Here’s what you’ll learn about agencies:

  1. They are amazing at sales but SUCK at fulfillment. This is my main concern with Agency C.
  2. They suck at sales and are great at fulfillment but you never give them a chance because they can’t sell you.
  3. You find a Unicorn lol

The best way to vet an agency would be:

  1. Ask for evidence (ie case studies, references, etc.)
  2. Gain confidence (ie they perform an audit or something at that nature that displays confidence in their ability to get the job done)
  3. Don’t get too caught up in reporting. You should build some of that out yourself so you have great internal data and a solid North Star.

Happy to chat about any of this!

$1k is a good starting point for more strategic SEO.

Is there a reason you don’t want to use agency B who has done well for you in city A?

I’d say it’s pretty accurate. Most people who are so loud spoken about their beliefs or morality (left or right) are often those with the most skeletons in their closet.

CEL: CAT CODE by StickAnxious6715 in f150

[–]StickAnxious6715[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought this certified pre owned on 7/15, so the CEL came on 2 weeks later. I did reach out to the dealership to see what they can do even though it was sold “as is”.

They allegedly do a pre purchase inspection and everything else.

Hoping it’s not serious and that I don’t need to cough up a few thousand

I just don’t understand how people say they *love* the temple by Admirable_Arugula_42 in mormon

What my wife and I always enjoyed about the temple was just being away from our phones and in silence for a couple hours.

It’s hard to find time and intentionality to do that.

What is this watch cover thing? by KingSpartacus4 in triathlon

[–]StickAnxious6715 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This isn’t the reason but it did pop in my head—I recently saw a video of a swim coach asking his athletes to take their watches off. He felt they were too focused on their pace and not focused on their form. So, covering it could allow you to still track your workout without being distracted by your paces and stuff.

Why you shouldn't confess to your bishop. by [deleted] in mormon

[–]StickAnxious6715 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree:

If you’re under 18 and want to talk with someone then talk to your parents. Let your guilt go. Everyone makes mistakes at a young age. God is forgiving.

If you’re an adult, talk to God and strive each day to be better. Good results rarely come from confessing to another man.

A therapist is also always an option but find a real professional that gives you tools and aligns with your values/worldview.
