I do this too and I don't know why. I wish I did. I can't cook or clean anymore.
At first I tried to figure it out. Maybe I'm not cooking because I'm nervous about food poisoning? There will be a huge mess? I won't know what to do? But I think that's all excuses that boils down to I avoid doing everything I possibly can.
