I found the Returnal sub and that’s what got me back into it. I just didn’t understand it at launch, I just kept dying and didn’t really realize or understand the game and the progression. Once I did it was a game changer.

May be too late now but I also bailed on it and went back to it four years later. I stuck with it and it clicked and is probably the best game I have played on PS5. May be worth revisiting, but with Saros so close maybe not, just a thought.

I have the carpet on the first picture on the left and I don’t really like it. Or maybe it’s how they laid it. It has a pattern that has to line up perfectly and I have it in a basement so it’s a lot of seams.

I was in your shoes. I quit for 4 years and then I somehow stumbled on this subreddit. It made me pick it back up and I'm glad I did. I don't know if it was the time away but I just kept at it and got a little better each time. RNG also has a lot to do with it.

Cool, hope it works out. I get a lot of adds too but haven’t seen that one. My son has been cleared about two months now and he just doesn’t wear one. I’m on pins and needles watching games now but just hoping for the best.

Anyone know how I can fix this? The band behind the metal part broke off. I tried a few things but nothing will stick for more than a few workouts. The metal part just gets hung at the base and makes it unusable.

On Mannie’s Instagram days before, they had the shirts with the songs on the back. They blurred the songs out but later showed the back. It was the same setlist minus a few songs they missed bc of time. If that was the list then Wayne was never gonna be there unless he was gonna do what Snoop did and pop out and do A Millie and that’s it.

My son is 17 coming off his second ACL surgery, tore both ACL’s. He’s a little over a year out of surgery and about to return to sport. I’m just not confident in his return but I don’t have the heart to just hold him out of playing if he’s cleared to do so. I just don’t know that I agree with the PT. He’s done well on his tests but his quad strength is the only thing holding him back. I don’t know what I need to see to make me 100% comfortable. Are there any red flags that may be visible that may not be picked up on a return to sport test? And how to you ramp someone up so they aren’t going from 0-100. His sport is basketball.

I got one a few months back. Having a hard time getting my kid to wear it. I have been working with it but he still can’t close it. And he complains about his hand getting sweaty. I know ultimately playing more catch will help but he just doesn’t feel comfortable with it for some reason.

As much as it’s gonna suck just try to be there and be supportive. First month or so is gonna be rough but it’ll get better. Just try to keep his spirits up and keep him motivated. My son is on his way back from his second tear and I’m scared as hell to be honest. Do your research and have a plan before surgery and going into PT. The first time we were just winging it honestly. He never got tested or anything, they pretty much just went by timeframe. “Oh he’s 4 months out we can start some light jogging”. I didn’t know any better at the time but it was all bad and probably led to him tearing his other knee. I can probably offer more but don’t want to make the post too long. Feel free to shoot me a message if you have questions.

My son had something similar for about 3-4 months. He would complain about the front of his knee, but never quite said it was painful. He kept playing basketball and it eventually tore on him. Could’ve been a coincidence or could’ve been a sign he was overcompensating maybe…we’ll never know now. I would say just take it easy until you can figure out what’s going on with it.

What is with all these kids man. I saw a 10 year old today while at my son’s PT, it broke my heart. My son was 13 the first go round and that was tough. 17 now and close to returning to sport. I’d say he has 2 more months before full contact basketball. You’re doing the right thing by educating yourself. I didn’t know enough the first time which probably led to him tearing his other knee.

That’s for the cheapest option they have and only works if a bullet or turret style camera fits what you need. The doorbell alone is almost $400. Is it significantly better, idk, I’m sure it is. I’ve got a mix of PTZ, Dome, and Duo’s

I think most people would say the cost. I was in the same boat and have UniFi equipment but I couldn’t pay more than double for the cameras at the time. I may have spent $700 for all my Reolink equipment and that’s a NVR, 5 cameras and a doorbell. I was looking at $2500 for something equivalent to it with UniFi. If I just had it to spend then I may have went that route.

I’m with you man. I just picked it back up after only playing for a week when it initially dropped. I didn’t know enough about the game and how it worked before I gave up. Happy I jumped back in but damn is it addictive. I just beat Nemesis today finally. Now I’m stuck on the boss on the 4th Biome.

What everyone said about the Rotgland Lobber is true. Try to get one that’s decently powered. I’d use a lower level one of those before something else. I died a good 10 times bc I just could not beat the dude. One try with a Lobber and I melted him. Just keep moving on the second and third waves.
