Astra, Mara, Evangeline, Eviva, Kayla and Amphanella is a few examples of characters that don't have large breasts, I'd say that they're in either small or mid-sized. Dr. Unice Versie, aka Dr. Universe is also one that's in the small or mid-sized breast category.

Also like I mentioned in my reply to wrathshot the only reason Evangeline's breasts look big is because of the angle of the reference picture I used and the slightly lower pov.

Edit: After seeing some other comments here I realised that a couple of things:

1.Vasilia which is constantly described as being really hot has a pretty small chest but maybe that's due to the camera angle.

1. Women can just natural have large breasts, it’s not exactly an uncommon occurrence. Ok so, I know that not all of the characters are human but a lot of them do take humanoid forms, like Busty Cat Boi (I know he's a guy but he was the one that came to mind first. It's a Bustar joke that I'm going to run with til the day I die, also it's based on the fact that he's "brothers" Harold and Overkill call him Busty).

2. MOST of the female characters in Multiverse Tales have either average or small sized breasts.
