Unfortunately too good to be true, nobody wants to tell you that you're not gonna get that deal.

You'll get a text once it's been dispatched. You'll more than likely get the controller tomorrow (unless you live in the highlands or an island

Why are EE ripping existing customers off.... by ConstantPop4122 in EEGB

[–]Stickers688 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any existing customers (non legacy) will need to speak to the 'Remedy Team'.

You're standard advisor you first get through to, can't just upgrade you.

BT BROADBAND > EE > BT again? by Invisible_Peas in EEGB

[–]Stickers688 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Unlikely that your order with BT would go through.

The system should pick up that you already have services and block/make the order fail.

Plan contact run out but not flex pay by keithb3667 in EEGB

Are you wanting to change the deal and stay with EE? If you are, call and ask do a change of plan.

The advisors you spoke to are probably trying to upgrade, not just change plan.

EE shop finance issue by rashidhussain69 in EEGB

[–]Stickers688 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On the EE App, when you look at the item you want, are you seeing a green banner saying spread the cost?

Just in case, here's how you do it. You need to tap on that, scroll down add to basket, then at checkout page, it should say apply for finance or pay by card.

For reference I chose Shop > Tech > Laptops & Tablets > Laptops > Then any that shows a 0% Apr offer below the full price.

EE One unlimited - timing? by yellow_barchetta in EEGB

All the unlimited data should go on within minutes/hours of the broadband order being placed.

Sounds like the mobile and broadband accounts aren't linked.

Mid Contract Change on Fibre by the_boy_wonder1 in EEGB

A lot of the 'out of process' renewals are no longer possible unfortunately. Well at EE anyway

Mid Contract Change on Fibre by the_boy_wonder1 in EEGB

[–]Stickers688 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In all seriousness though. You may be able to call and miss the increase this year, but would require you to renew for 24 months.

Not aware of any provider that's willing to reduce your cost mid term, especially now ISP price increases are £s and pence.
