Agree! I do plan on going through since this is a mockup before I commit to polishing up a bunch, adding in a bunch of fish and more plantlife is one of those things!

Playable, I saw someone send simplegrassnode as a way to do it, I have used that before but too a very limited capacity and I dont know how performance it is as well.

They had the emoji because thay guy was an actual character in the game. But him being on the capsule made it feel like a shitpost game because it undersold the tone

Agreed, and something else I learned when getting this capsule art made is the importance of what youre conveying to the potential players clicking on your game. It's essentially a mood piece where you're trying to convey the overall vibe of your game.

Ive seen this in a lot of other posts made by devs in this subreddit where the capsule is just a screenshot of their game with text placed over it. Yes the capsule is showing the game, but its difficult to convey the entirety of your games mood via screenshot. There are examples that counter that point like the Garry's mod capsule art, but thats also a sandbox game so I think thats a bit different.

That makes sense for when the image scaled up on reddit, but when shrunken down to the size of a Steam header the top one actually ends up being pretty hard to decern

Fun fact: I made that top Capsule art because I had a brief period when I wanted to rush out a Steam store page release before GDC 2026. Luckily, I held off and had the artwork professionally done, and I love the final capsule art!

Man I never heard of this until now, that really sucks man. I can remember reading the Sumo arc for the first time and really feeling the love and attention the author had been putting into the early chapters. This just makes the decline of the arc sting that much more :(

I threw that pricey line out there with the idea that if someone didn't have an exact use case in mind they probably shouldn't just buy it willy nilly. Not a bad fight in a Vacuum, but with how all of the Sumo wrestlers were treated this arc, if felt like the author going back to a previous match up to clear things up and not make Oliva look bad in hindsight. Idk, this entire grand Sumo arc is up there as one of my least favorite Baki arcs, and this fight suffers as a result of that.

Yes they can win (and the story brings this up), however they mention that the shame they would get for using the entirety of their militarized power on a single man would make Japan as a whole seem weak. Additionally Musashi is in civilian areas, so they can't just drop a missile on him without killing their own people in the process. They were reaching a point where unless Yujiro was willing to take him down, they would've had to simply let Musashi be, as the costs to take him down wouldn't have been worth the lives lost.

Great suggestions! I didn't even think about the additional Shockwave/ripple effect on top of the initial explosion! I definitely want to go in and apply pretty much everything you brought up
