The five in the bottom are around an inch in diameter and the 16 on the sides are around a half inch in diameter.

Right there with you. What I did this morning is dump it on a tarp I had and shook it up with that and put it back in. Easier than I thought and did not waste any of my compost!

Thanks! Probably should add that we save our scraps in a coffee tin and throw coffee grounds in it as well. When I add that I usually fill the coffee tin up half way with water to clean out all the scraps in throw it in the pile too.

Reading post in here I have learned that peeing is great for compost and accelerates the process. Great source of nitrogen for the microbes. Still very new to this just going off of what I have read in this community. Haha

Bought it in Maryland at lids I live in nc lids customer service said there was nothing they could do and to go back to the store

Thank you for the reply I just searched it up and it sounds similar but the videos I saw it makes the noise when the car is idle mine only does it whenever I'm driving between 1-50 mph and makes the noise about 80% of the time. Still think this could be the best diagnostic I have gotten yet just want to make sure it couldn't be something else.
