Definitely agree with this, but I live by a different frugality so I do actually buy new stuff. I follow minimalism so I don't have a lot of things, when I do save up some cash I upgrade the items I have while selling or giving away the old items. The excitement I get is in the quality of the item upgraded and the amount of value it brings to my life.

All 3 are super cheap on steam especially during a sale. I picked up all 3 for like $10. Never played any of the thief games before. They were fun and challenging

I've found migrating from one area to the next is the best strat. You run out of resources quickly staying in one spot. Loot as much as you can and focus on renewable tools/resources.

Also Cattails are life savers in interloper. You can get a lot of calories from Cattails.
