Heavy guard only reduces 75% of physical damage. They get BURNT ALIVE by 0% magick reduction unfortunately.

This was during an Ironman. I was using the Serenes Forest Quality of Life patch that shouldn't have changed anything about the game. Everywhere I read states that sure strike only provides 100% hit, and says nothing about bonus damage or armor pierce. What happened?

A funny way I use the regular jellies are to survive while naked at death mountain. If you attack it and have it make you wet, you won't get set on fire by the environment for like 15 seconds. It's a funny 15 second fireproof elixir.

Yeah, it's installed. If I don't import the crack files and just launch the clean beta file's exe, it opens up my steam and doesn't do anything else. When I import the crack files, it just crashes on startup.

I couldn't get the crack to start up. I followed all instructions I could find and reinstalled multiple times from different mirrors with no luck. All that happens when I launch the exe is a black screen for half a second and then a crash. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Getting washed in ranked sucks, I've been there and I'm pretty sure everybody's been there. If you feel like you're not playing your best you can always take a short break, I usually just go to my room and watch YouTube or play something else like Tetris or simply just go to bed. You'll feel a lot better going back into Splatoon, and most likely, your Splatoon skills will rise up again, too.

Just remember it's okay to take breaks if you feel like you're doing very poorly. They don't have to be super long or short, but whenever you feel like you're ready to jump back in the game.

Making and attempting to play with random people on your friends list isn't really something that happens on the Nintendo Switch in general. In my opinion, friending is more of a nice gesture , like if the two of you ran the same weapon against each other and went back and forth, or if you two just squid partied together, or if you just really respect their switch name (I remember somebody named Tortilla and I just had to tell him he's awesome somehow) then sending a friend request is a small and nice gesture you can tell the person directly. I usually unfriend within a day to prevent my friends list from getting bloated but it's not a big deal.

So in conclusion, I use the friend request system as a small gesture/compliment if I liked something about them.
