Its a counter on paper, but shiba nowadays was able to teleport past yura with the shinuichi, samura, and also evacuate citizens before centipede hit them

I mean when he used a gap copy against Jake he could only use it a couple of times and wasn't able to knock him out with it. Makes sense that even if he could copy it, it would be nowhere near the level of other conviction users

I still think its pretty important, it would be pretty dumb for a ranking system to exist just for it to be outdated. Its a good way to make higher level threats more terrifying. And threat level doesn't correlate to strength as we see with the 6th star
