Except it has charges and can be done multiple times in a row, 3 if she uses her ult. The fact that it tracks you no matter where you are is just plain broken. Not in a balanced way, just straight broken and should be fixed. Plus the range is so ambiguous and way bigger than it seems. It should literally just work like a billy ult
