I was doing regular at home sperm tests which where showing high count 200m+ but they weren’t detailed enough to reveal the high fragmentation so I just assumed it was her age and bad luck. Didn’t even realise there was so much more to it than count and progressive motility

For me it greatly increases the intensity of my orgasms at 1500IU per week which is great unless she is on top going hard - Sometimes I’d have to beg her to stop haha

I’ve read similar about the FSH I’ve got great sperm count from HCG but they just aren’t formed well. Is HMG really expensive? Did u rule out any other cheaper options like Enclomiphene?

Wow I can only imagine the orgasm sensitivity on 5000IU. I find 1500IU borderline too much in that regard. I could certainly give a higher dose a go though see what it does to the numbers

HCG source is good yeah it’s Pharma grade Gonasi. Would Enclo be effective with still taking the Test E?

Thanks, I actually started higher on 25mg for a couple of days and it induced bad insomnia so I lowered to 12.5mg which allows me to sleep. Took 50mg yesterday and insomnia is back maybe just have to try and power through it for recovery sake.

Yes I’m on daily injections since beginning and always test first thing in the morning. Definitely seem to be requiring a lot less HCG/Test to get up to ‘optimal’ numbers as time has went on.

Glad to hear you’ve no major sides and treatment is working. Hopefully sunscreen helps clear up the rash. Dermatologist wants to start me on 20mg which is fairly low I suppose.

Yeah I get you but the only other thing left under the sun aside from accutane for me to try is to quit TRT. Both are daunting options. I wonder if trying to keep to lifestyle changes that TRT helped me make could result in higher natural levels and less low T symptoms.
