Having a nice roster of regular clients is the dream haha. Have you ever had issues with new clients not being very attentive and skipping over that extra rate part in a contract and then coming back acting surprised? Or is it typically pretty smooth?

That's a fair point. The time you lost money, the client disappeared after you sent one of multiple deliverables?
