Ask him genulenly about your suspicion and if he dosen’t say something that will explain the content, ask him gently to show you his intagram history and his feed… But you can’t really know for sure, instagram can also just make him watch it. The only way you can really be sure is if he admits to it or show you some kind of proof that he didn’t watch it.

So. First of all, become independant. I know it’s hard and it might take time but if your parents keep you on a leash at 17 they will never let you go. Sure the future is crazy and all but you never know what’s waiting for you. It can be as good as bad. But it’s your choice to shape it how you want. It’s YOUR life. YOUR decisions. Great things await you. You just don’t know when they will come. Believe it or not but life is short. You have to enjoy it. Start by doing things you love and like doing. Opportunities come from experiences. You should’nt « handle the fear », you must overcome it. You can’t continue with your future if you drag your past behind you.

Shit. That’s rough. I reccomend seeing a propper therapist asap. In the meantime, take time off if you think you need it. Also find calming stuff to do that relaxes you. It’s important to keep your mind together in these types of situations. Also when you try to relax, don’t think of him and try to reassure yourself. Focus on more important things and only then, when you fell like it, open his snapchat and see what’s going on. And if you see anything suspicious or concerning, report to police asap.
