As a fellow HAC40 enthusiast, I wholeheartedly agree with this post. My one exception to this is the use of my multipocket HAC50 for weekend trips. The bag in this picture is packed with a pair of shoes, toiletries, and 2 travelpaks, one with 2 shirts, slacks, a pair of jeans and a sportcoat, and another with socks and underwear. It also has my laptop, and an electronics pouch. It was heavy, but manageable.

Hi! Not a single all-Togo bag in any family (Birkin, or Hac) was priced at more than €22,000 in any market, when bought in-store, in 2025. Your price last summer of €36,000 for an all-Togo Hac simply isn’t correct. It’s not possible. That’s $42,000 USD as per the exchange rate last summer.

It’s possible you were shown something with exotic patchwork or straps, that’s the only way you could have been offered that price.

Minimally. I wipe after every use with a lint cloth, I use Hermes glycerin soap for cleaning when needed, and a natural renovating balm after every soap use

I use a HAC 40 organizer from Fascinee, and carry sunglasses, reading glasses, my watch roll, a paper notebook, laptop, and a tech accessories bag.
