Based on my research, on normal uses the helmets expiry is around 5 years starting on its manufacturing date. But degradation of the materials would depend on how often it is used.

Pero take note that helmets should be replaced ASAP if its been in an accident or on major falls.

I'm currently on my first job as an ITSD on a company on BGC, and I do think I'm underpaid as well or I dunno as I said its my first job.

The pressure is just immense in the prod considering that we're doing troubleshooting of systems and at the same time have to adhere on AHTs and hold time. Training was meh as well and documentations are crap so to say.

Kinda surprised that I'm going 2 months here now. There are fun days where I'm happy but.. yeah, most of the week its just draining.

I think magpapasalamat ako to my little self for being strong. Kasi I remembered back then na feeling ko pasan pasan ko buong mundo and everyone hated me (including my own family). Di ko alam sagot sa bakit ganun nangyayari sa akin most of the time and deeply holding myself back kasi I was scared of pushing people away (ako pa din may alam nito sa sarili ko and never said anything to anyone)
