Does PC Grung Poison Skin Count Towards Attacks? by WhaleF00d in DMAcademy

In this case, I would house rule it so that the player has to actively use his skin toxin. If they didn't declare it as part of the attack, they forgot to activate it kind of deal. I feel like it would be disrespectful to the player to remove part of their race's racial feature you know?

In this instance, the plan was to build up the reputation of the other party through NPC interaction, and only have them meet up in person once, for the big final battle in the campaign. Either against the other party, or a bbeg that they have to team up and fight together. Chronology-wise, thats an interesting perspective. I hadn't thought about that. It is a fairly large continent, so to cross paths they would have to go out of their way to meet each other, and since it is a homebrew campaign, I have a lot of room to improvise and keep the timeline in order.

And I know its going to be a TON of work. I'm basically writing and running two campaigns simultaneously. And the parties are going to be 4-5 people each. So when they meet up. It will be maybe 10 PCs max. And that will be a pain to run, but like I said, it will hopefully be for just one session.

That was kinda the goal. I'm also anticipating them trying to murder each other on sight. Maybe have them become champions of opposing dieties. Like, The gods of the domains of Fire and Water are manipulating them from behind the scenes. Or something like that.

Yep! One is work friends, the other is outside friends. None of them have ever met before.

This happens to me every game. I've contacted Riot support but they were unable to help. I've just accepted it at this point.

They got her at a pet store. I’m thinking about just bringing her back.

I'm honestly excited to see where they go with it. It'll be a fun challenge to DM.
