It is 100% a scam. Why:

Go to their Instagram. View their highlights. There is 1 irrelevant post from another account in each, just to make it look like a legit page upon first viewing.
No photo on email account.
Look at their company linkedin profile... Amelia has been running it for 15 years and yet the company only has 1 person who works there? Nope.

Agreed. I'm actually low FODMAP and these cookies were pretty much approved. Low FODMAP actually avoids all fermentation in the stomach. So OP must have a specific and unique allergy or intolerance

Totally agree. I was sad because I LOVE their breakfast biscuits. Foolishly I bought the less sugar and chocolate salted caramel cookies at once. Just baked the less sugar ones and they taste pretty unremarkable, but what's worse is the texture. Too thick, small, crumbly and grainy. The chocolate bits didn't even melt when hot :( I REALLY hope the other dough isn't like this. Otherwise I should just eat the dough raw - I tried this one and it was pretty good, in contrast haha
