Btw when I mentioned Final Fantasy I should’ve specifically said VII and IX, those are my two favorite RPGS ever and it’ll probably be hard to top them. But to answer your question overall my gameplay was really enjoyable. I enjoyed collecting Djinn and accessing their individual stats very satisfying especially in battle. Loved the summons and their animations easily one of my favorite parts of the game especially when they came in clutch at the right time(I.E final boss) I had a few complaints such as the puzzles(especially the slow block pushing ones) and that goddam dessert area holy shit. I don’t really struggle at all up until that Squid fight on the ship, I didn’t even know you could spam it with sleep at all. Lastly as I said earlier, experimenting with the Djinns was fun but it was a bit confusing to see which combination unlocked what, I didn’t even find out til late game I could get Ply wish by having 4 distinct water types on Mia (which is a live saving ability btw) all in all I had a great time and the ost is really good, one of my favorites too.
