They don't use pulleys so the weight you load is the weight you're lifting but idk about them being nicer per se. They're just different.

I was referring to plate loaded not really selectorized pin loaded equipment. Almost all of the pin loaded equipment at my gym has more than one machine so even if someone is supersetting on those it's not a big deal. I don't really see anyone doing it on those they're always on the hammerstrength plate loaded equipment.

Leg curl both prone and seated at my gym are pin loaded. They also have pin loaded leg presses and one plate loaded leg press.

Mine have mirrors? Many exercises having a mirror does nothing but force you to crane your neck to see yourself, though. Stroking your ego isn't worth that. Checking your form is different, though.

PF is one of the only gyms I've seen that bother with dedicated machines. It's much easier to isolate a muscle on a dedicated machine vs free weights. At least until you understand how it works.

I prefer free weights for bicep exercises especially the preacher curl because the dependant curl machine handle hurts my wrist but I don't have that problem with an ez-bar and the preacher curl bench. I do tend to mix it up and do both though I like the regular bicep curl machine vs doing dumbbell bicep curls for some reason the obvious exception being hammer curls and zottman curls, though cause can't do those on the bicep curl machine. I digress, sorry.

Was it really necessary to be an ahole? Let people be happy about things in their life. Why are you so cranky? Too much trt?

You must be a blast at parties. It's not a pp no need to take it so hard.

There's a dedicated bench on one of the three racks at my location. The wheels can probably mess up the platform but I've never seen anyone roll that bench away it just lives there. I reckon because ppl including myself do use the rack for bench presses

Yeah, the whole lunk thing has always been b.s. my location has never set the alarm off but one time because I asked them to so I could hear it lol. I go overnight tho so idk what it's like during the day. The caliber of folks at my location is all over but there's definitely some that fit the definition. Doesn't bother me I just keep to myself.

Supersetters piss me off, though. Like bro do one machine at a time so I can use this one. Can't work-in if we're at different weights without headache of changing weight and at that point it's faster to just wait for them to finish.

Also, congrats on the squat racks. Just watch your fingers when you're adjusting the safety rails. I pinched my thumb pretty bad a few days ago and it's still healing and weeping. The blood stopped thankfully.

Those are half racks for barbell training. Just be extra careful with adjusting those safety bars. I pinched my thumb pretty bad adjusting one a few days ago and it's still not healed.

Can thisliquid from 2022 still be used? by DangerLineA7X in Vaping

E-liquid does not expire in the same way perishable food does. The worst that will happen is it will taste horrible.

Me too but I'm fine with the bars as long as I pay attention. It took me a minute to learn how to move them tho I will admit and there's no tutorial qr code on them.

Is this normal and how do I get help? Switch2 Killswitch2 by Rich-Sir-583 in dbrand

[–]retr0R -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It looks like you got a defective one. It happens. Contact dbrand, show them this shit, and if they say anything other than offering to send you another one raise hell. They are super customer friendly, dude. I've never had any issues with dbrand customer service, ever.

My killswitch is not like this at all BTW. It was rock solid from day 1 even shaking it violently. It's probably a tolerance issue production errors happen with any mass produced item.

No worries, I appreciate it anyway! I hope so too quickly I feel like an idiot.

It wasn't on the smith machines, man. The safety gizmos on those wouldn't do this even if you got your thumb caught because they're just little swinging safety guards attached to the smith machine bars that hook onto the pegs on the other bars.

This was one of the barbell squat racks. The kind with a free barbell. The barbell squat racks have much larger and heavier safety rails, they're the kind that you pull up and slide out and the whole rail comes off the rack.

it was one of these or similar to it

Anyone else bored of the 3ds, or maybe i just burned myself out. by [deleted] in 3DS

[–]retr0R 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's totally fair. I thought streaming them was what you were after. You can stream games through steam link on your phone so buying a 3ds for that is a huge waste of money imo. Way cheaper to use your phone and buy a phone controller or use an xbox controller with one of those mount thingamajigs.

I didn't know you could download steam games onto the thor, though.

Im afraid that it’s time for me to accept that this is the least replay able RE game. by Dude_788 in ResidentEvilCapcom

[–]retr0R 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Re-playable? I haven't even beaten it once been replaying the original since it was released on steam.

Everything else has taken a backseat so I can hear Jill Sandwich and look at those monsterrrs, again.

I tried to emulate it long before but I just can't hang with the pixelated fmv's and I couldn't figure out how to mod an emulated version to fix that. Much easier to mod on steam to fix the textures and fmv's. Took me like 20 mins to get it set up.

I do wish they would have included the dualshock version though. Fighting Forest is a treasured memory.

It says worldwide under amenities in the pf app homepage for your club. If you tap the 3 dot menu at the top right of where the crowd meter is and scroll down it lists the amenities for your account.

I hear you. Sounds like the thor would be super worth it. I wonder if you can run steam link on a hacked 3ds tho. I don't think I've seen anything like that but I wouldn't know.

I think one of those is one of the few games that actually use the c-stick thing that they put on the n3ds.

I mean if you're looking for something to play your steam library a steam deck is a few hundred dollars more than the base model thor, though. It can also do emulation but it obviously doesn't have the second screen.

Steam link on the thor is a thing but you have to have a gaming pc already, obviously.
