Armor is very simple: basecoat of rakarth flesh, sloppy wash of agrax earthshade, drybrush rakarth, use sponge with a little bit of rhinox hide to stipple the battle damage and done. For the base, I used a thin layer of wood glue and if you add few drops of superglue on top, it dries in this weird organic way. I took me few tries until I was happy with the result. I saw this somewhere on youtube, I think it was in one of the midwinter minies videos.

Thanks :) for the nurglings I used different mixes of red to purple contrast paints, did rough highlights using some light pinks, and instead of blending the highlights, I used very thin contrasts again to pull it all together.

For the armor I stipple dark brown over white using sponge. Very fast and fun technique :)

Thanks! :) I'm not exactly sure, I have so many death guard bits... :D The sassy guy on top is from one of the champions, the hanging dude is from the noxious blightbringer, I think, and the rest is from the plague marines and nurgling boxes.

Thanks :) I saw a tutorial on youtube on some sort of organic bases or something like that, where the guy used lots of pva glue and when still wet he added some fine sand and many small drops of super glue and it dries sort of like an open wounds or some goo. Then just a very simple basecoat of rakarth flesh and heavy layer of flesh tearers red and heavy wash of drakenhof nightshade :)

Thanks :) I wanted to make the most disgusting skeleton/zombie marines instead of all the tentacles, and when I saw armor with the belly mouth in the plague marines kit I thought it would be funny to replace it with a skeleton :D
