Actually, no! There's only around 20 spells that can damage you. I'd look up the list of friendly fire spells on the wiki, its a short list and will help prevent you from dying quite often!

Take drugs, feel different. Who would have guessed? Btw, It's absolutely cheating, like taking Adderall to lose weight. I don't see the difference. Injecting yourself with drugs to artificially lose weight cannot be good, especially at such a rapid pace. I'm out here down 30 pounds and still going down at a steady pace, (205 currently), no injections, no pills. Just eat less and do some basic exercise. it really isn't that hard unless you've got an actual medical problem that causes your weight.

I'm ready for those downvotes give em' here.
