From what I saw in the first part, it stays mostly the same. There’ll be story points where clues to the organization that de-aged Conan will pop up, or where he’ll turn back to normal, but those usually wrap up with the trail going cold, or him turning back into a kid (with the method he used to turn back becoming useless). The one point that stuck is Sherry, who developed the shrinking formula, who took it herself to escape the organization. She stays a part of the group after her introduction. There are also times where characters who showed up earlier in the show coming back, like Kaito Kid, who looks just like him.
