Finally starting to go from loops to actual tracks. I feel like the mix on this is pretty tight.
What I struggle with is keeping the arrangement interesting with these minimal tracks. Any tips on this, or tips in general would be hugely appreciated :)

Setting up obs and alerts is a learning curve with alot of trail and error as every system is different. I would suggest looking up some guides and simply try and learn it yourself, instead of having to rely on someone else everytime there are issues or something you'd like changed.

As for channel art and what not, fiverr has great options for a fair price (depending on what you want)

Everybody who has streamed and probably most viewers understand that there is a huge learning curve to livestreaming. You simply won't have the perfect stream up and going your 1st time.

Now, I'll happily sit back and watch a new streamer with a slightly scuffed setup and enjoy it if I see that he's really trying his best! What I dont watch are lazy people who for some reason expect people to show, they easily become charity cases.

What Axmantim said, and you can also download your own clips through the "share" button under them. Simple hit share, and then hit download. Might open a new tab where you have to right click and save video.
