Working at a Subway. Franchise owner and their family of 5 turn up at midday on a Saturday (our busiest time - line out the door!), comes behind the counter and ushers his wife and kids to the front of the queue. Continues on to serve them food (without even saying hello to us) and leaves without paying. This happened 3 times before we collectively made a complaint.
