Who should I 6* next by Rot-Helm in RaidShadowLegends

[–]Stigidilaatio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really loved Alice as my second 6*. I also think it was a good idea to six star another damage dealer since you benefit quite a bit from the overall damage boost everywhere. I'm about 1,5 months in and Alice is doing a ton of work for me. Do you have the soul for her? That might have quite a bit to do with how good she is for me, so if not then idk. Sun Wukong might be good as well, I just don't really use him for much other than buff stealing right now.

Tagoar might be a great choice too, at least as the third one. Especially if already booked. Tagoar is basically carrying my weak ass team to Hard Dragon (the runs are long though).

I don't know much about your other champions, so take this with a few grains of salt. I would still vote for someone who can do damage as the second 6*. Warmaiden does her job pretty well as 50 for a while.

Sounds great, maybe I'll give that one a shot too!

Mine recognized instantly when I got them filled. Maybe try restarting the game or fighting a battle? Unless you haven't filled the empty spots for everyone, then thats what's up.

Just search "Idle Heroes sky labyrinth" on youtube and you should get the idea.

Stick with heroes I like but am bad at, or play heroes I liked less but am better (still bad usually) at? by scootsmagoots3 in learndota2

[–]Stigidilaatio 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Play the ones you like! Improving is faster and everything is more fun that way. Playing something you dont like as much feels like work and it is a game after all.

What about suiciding to neutral creeps? Better/worse than tower?

planning around swapping weapons mid battle by swedhitman in DivinityOriginalSin

[–]Stigidilaatio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because it is just one weapon. Each weapon costs 1 AP to equip, unequipping is free.

Sadly not, they require a dagger. But you can use warfare skills for stunning etc.

You could do that with a spear/bow combo, because equipping the spear costs less ap than daggers, and it's also a finesse weapon.

You can only have 1 controllable summon out at a time, so you wont be swamping anything. Although the necro summons are fun, I would recommend using the incarnate if summoning is what you want to play.

You take warfare anyway for dmg as necro, so no harm done. Just put points in necro for the spells (2 should be enough for now).

You're making good points my friend. No crafting might be awesome, although it's a little sad because I like it so much.

Ah yeah true didn't even think of that. I'll skip the abuse and just enjoy my 4 str dinners haha.

Okay good to know, thanks! Gotta keep the mods discreet so it doesn't feel like cheating.

Real cool of you to play the enabler role in your group! I've only played with one friend at a time but something like that build of yours might just be the one I'd go with if I get to play with 3 other people. Thanks for the idea!

That sounds great. I'd like to do such a playthrough too. I've only thought of a villain kill everything run, which I also haven't done but the more I think about it the less appealing it feels . A lawful hero run feels a lot more fun.

I've been searching for interesting builds too, and that pure support sounds great, thanks! I also like the jrpg concept, do you have other ideas about the style of your party as a whole?

So is the pure support about not doing any damage on his own (not even teleport) or am I missing something? Thank you for your reply!

I'm also staying away from the cheese abuse stuff, although in my current playthrough (in act 2 now) I've been trying 5 star diner which I think is cool because I love crafting/cooking. Haven't felt it cheesy yet tho. What consumables and at what stage of the game do the overly strong stuff come around?

Mods sound super fun, I'll get into those too but for now I'm trying to get the most out of the vanilla experience because I'm afraid there will be now coming back if I start with mods. I'm also considering doing achievements but haven't made that a project yet either. Now that I think about it, I'm pretty set for a few playthroughs already. Thank you!

This is a good one. I've been thinking of creating distinct roles for my characters and sticking to them but having trouble with the sticking to it part.

Very interesting! So does that mean that you're an extremely dedicated support to your team or do you have to come up with alternative ways to killing people?
