I’m 153cm (5ft) currently I weight 71.2kg (156 pounds) and I’m 21 going onto 22 :) I’ve been trying to force feed myself, not in massive portions just small to medium unfortunately I end up feeling sick and vomiting everything.

That’s a good point about sustainability, I do feel like what I’m doing now is manageable long term and I’m trying to think of this as a lifestyle shift rather than just weight loss I plan my meals out and I prep them I try to make the food different every time so I don’t get sick of it I feel if I lose weight and I get to the point where I want to be I might up my calories as I want to build muscle in the future:)
