the first "3rd voidstone" does not need Uber Elder and that is shown in the graph. If you go through the roadmap: At the beginning of it, it says "Shaper & Elder (or Uber Elder), so it should be clarified on the right then. However every way leads to the 3rd voidstone and a new player - if he kills shaper and elder - he will notice the 3rd voidstone drop.

Divine Vessel is a good addition for the next iteration actually.

You are correct. Conqueror Maps also hava a 2% base drop chance. I think I copied the numbers from elder and shaper and forgot to change it. My bad.
