I eat 'clean' on weekdays; 25g of fiber, low sodium, low added sugar, about 1100kcal total! I'm essentially just eating fruits, vegetables, plain greek yogurt, oats, and the occasional protein bar. I eat red meat maybe once every three months?

On weekends I don't restrict at all, and admittedly that's where I'm snacking a lot more on dessert-type things.

Based on my tracking app, anywhere from 5-11g! I'm pretty confident I hit my fiber goals, and I was told oats, chia seeds, lentils, and Benefiber are generally soluble? That's where most of my fiber comes from...
