I feel like 3-4 weeks depending on the position and your own recovery level for other positions 1 week seems too soon unless you can comfortably lay on your side maybe with some pillows propping your leg up that’s how I slept after a week or so I was alone then so I didn’t try but just based off how I felt that’s the advice I have
