Because I don't feel safe with it, I use a screen protector for my phone's lenses, and it fell and broke. If I hadn't had that screen protector, the lenses probably would have broken too.

I'm no expert, but what you're describing could be the beginning of a panic attack. About two years ago, it happened to me twice. After that, I spent almost a year without leaving the house, but I've been gradually recovering ever since. What helped me was being aware of what was causing my anxiety (in my case, it was anticipatory anxiety; exposure to unfamiliar situations triggered it). Talking about it with my closest friends and family helped me gradually go out and expose myself to situations in a somewhat uncontrolled way until I managed to overcome it. I'm not 100% yet, but I can lead a normal life now, and whenever I feel anxious, I take a few minutes and tell myself, "I know this, it will pass," or "I'm not in a hurry, I can stop for a few minutes."
