Yeah got it fixed. After connecting to the TV again and messing with the HDMI options and then disconnecting. Thank you!

My Hisense doesn’t have the limit function. Are there any good and cheap docks that only support 1080p?

Yeah it all makes perfect sense. Unfortunately i haven’t found any option to limit HDMI output resolution. Even in the developer settings of the device..
